  The manager Natalie Fife is usually very rude and condescending for no reason whatsoever. If you ask her simple questions, she'll give you back some serious attitude.

  The "manager" might not be the worst person in the universe, but she is at least the worst person that man knows about up till this point in time. As to why she chose a job where she has to deal with the public I do not understand, she has the most toxic and abrasive personality I have ever had to deal with. Every issue I have had personally or heard about this place (which is many) all revolves around her and her god complex when it comes to dealing with the unfortunate souls who make the mistake of entering the building.

  The perfect place to go if you want to be talked down to, insulted, belittled and made to jump through hoops then punished if you question even the slightest thing. 1 hour compulsory computer job search to look at 10-20 jobs? Abandon common sense all ye who enter here.

  I went in for a 1:30pm appointment, and a little early so I asked if I could be seen now. Natalie was doing some paperwork which she said she had to finish immediately. I asked her if it was possible to see her right now but I kept getting snarky responses.

  No one could even begin to imagine what these people would have to endure in this industry, having to put up with drug fuelled human behaviours and unacceptable attitudes and abuse on a daily basis. People that think that it is okay to live on the dole and play the victim, the attitude that the world owes them, is simply not cool. If you don't like the rules the government set out, untie your mothers apron strings and get a job..

  Since this keeps happening I decided I had enough. I requested for a transfer form since the experience of going to Max Employment Goulburn is incredibly stressful because of her. As I was about to leave she said that my file will have comments in it. She also said that today I came in and attacked her. Which obviously didn't happen.
