  Pretty pathetic when had to wait over an hour for my aged VERY unwell mother. Doctor then said she was not informed we were waiting? ?????? What sort of a practice is this. Doctor only going to be there for 3 wks and only started this week...what sort of patient continual is that!!! Doctor laughed and tried to make a joke out of everything my mother was trying to explain. ..which affected my mother greatly as she could not understand. It was her first visit with this doctor in desperation of help and understandingly a doctor cannot perform miracles in one visit..BUT our experience was shocking. As usual there is all the promises of focus on patient care but the reality is far from that. Would not recommend to anyone

  Poor customer experience in cafe. Claim that every cafe in town has $10 minimum EFTPOS (false), unwelcome remark implying that I frequent McDonalds, and after a long wait did not receive what I ordered. I will not be returning.

  great service, including receptionists, remembering me. arrived on time, doctor was on time too, so rare in my experience with doctors. bulk billing at the moment,great. new centre, clean. i hope as businesses pick up, i l still get to experience as great service.
