  Great range, but very expensive. Not much parking available. Old building, and wheelchair access is through the DIMMEY'S store above via elevator. They need a newer building with better access.

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I just went in to purchase a new lounge & 3 of the staff members were standing around talking & they could all see I was standing there waiting to be served & not one of them bothered to come over & assist me. Not impressed at all won't be shopping locally with your store again!!!

  Staff usually helpful and attentive to your needs although sometimes it takes a while to get served. Not the largest store so stock maybe limited. Have had issues with computer bought from store warranty and customer service was excellent for return of goods. No experience with furniture side of store.

  Spend a couple of grand on a new custom lounge, arrived with tears in it. Went to the store immediately as per the delivery drivers instructions and at this point told there is nothing they can do to replace or fix the lounge. We have to wait estimated 3 months to even get someone to look at it. Will NEVER return. Next time I'll pay the extra delivery fee associated by going to a store in moss Vale or Canberra. This store has lost me completely now. Not the first time having issues with them so I probably should've known better.
