    Got put through to a girl in parts, and explained what we needed. After 14 minutes , she came back off ho,d and said that she could not find a wheel bearing for a commodore anywhere on the computer ???

    Staff are quick to respond to your queries and for booking a service. And they do follow up on you after your initial contact.

    Turnaround working time, it take for ages to finish their work even though you had booked in advance, meaning your booking is scheduled. Management should allocate personnel and time for this. It is better time management.

    After a very disappointing experience with Subaru Moss Vale, I was very pleasantly surprised by the service I received at Goulburn. The staff are very efficient and courteous and made me feel like a VIP. It was so nice to find a business that cares about it's customers.

    Been here thrice, while I cannot really comment on the actual service or work done to the car because I havent seen it or it is a matter of a subjective criteria.

    I waited more than 3 hours to have a car service? Without major problem on it. Plus the between staff or mechanic has breakdown of communication or what. If anything goes on should the mechanic talk directly to the customer instead of passing it through the reception. Because it need a technical know-how..
