Bought a bike from this guy, called Con, well its all in his name. Steer clear from this condescending rude little man. He will definitely go out of his way to drop rude remarks and comments (even with my wife and daughter at hand) to make himself feel better.

A great find in the heart of Goulburn. These guys saved my bacon when I had wheel problems on day one of a two day tour from Canberra to Lithgow. The service was good and the cafe next door fantastic. And they have plenty of gear over which I could drool...

PS. If you have recently bought a bike off him, check that all of the groupset matches up to what you paid for...he probably has cheap bottom brackets/chains/cassettes - things you cannot see when you purchase.

Only go in here to buy a bike so you can cycle to marulan. Canberra. Gunning anywhere else...

Went in with a broken spoke on my husbands wheel, who is on a charity ride the person who served me was condescending to the point that his comment was "he should have been better prepared" (my husband was riding on his spare wheel at the time so I thought he was well prepared) to top it off I then asked about a cadence magnet which was met with another remark. To top it all off they couldn't fix the wheel. This shop was recommended to us as one of the best in this area, well I beg to differ very poor.

If buying a bike, grab it online or somewhere else, this guy has 2 chips on both shoulders and will rip you off.

Lots of staff wandering around doing little. Guy sees long waiting.line says " next please" and starts a conversation with a staff member. Try to order. 3 staff members later they take the order. Simple really... chicken foccaccia with salad and aoili - toasted plus a flat white. I recall because I had to say it more than 14 times. Coffee was ordinary. Foccaccia was chicken and lettuce. When did lettuce and salad become interchangeable?? Is this a Goulburn thing?
