  The colour is appalling. I took in a photo and it looks nothing like the photo. I understand it's not going to be the same but it's not even similar. It was patchy at the roots when she was done so I had to ask her to fix it and re-dye it which seems pretty bad to me that she was just going to ignore it. Plus the bottom looks brassy and yellow.

  Worst haircut and colour I have ever had! I've been growing my hair for the last two years and asked for a trim, apparently that meant cut a whole heap off. It was way below my shoulders and now sits above my shoulders which is really upsetting.
